Good grab, never noticed that 3 way option before.
I was on Minnesota 1Q 3 weeks ago against the Bears. Got a real bad beat on that one.
The Bears before that game hadn't scored first in any game...
Bears get the opening kickoff and went 3 n out. Vikings drive the length of the field and Aaron Jones fumbles on the 1 yard line.
Blake Cashman gets hurt.
Bears punt on their 2nd possession.
Vikings 2nd possession, Cam Robinson gets hurt. 3 n out.
Bears 3rd possession, td. The first time they score first all year.

Hasn't thrown an interception in 10 straight games. Record, 3-7. With wins over Rams, Panthers and Jaguars.
This organization has no identity now. They fire OC Waldron 4 weeks ago, promote Thomas Brown from passing game coordinator to OC. Fire Eberflus, and promote Brown to HC.
Say what you will about Eberflus(he was a dumb ass as a HC), but the dude called a damn good defense. We don't know much about new DC Eric Washington. He's been a d line coach his whole career. It's a tough job for everyone right now.

The Vikings 1st handful of games crushed 1Q and 1H. I would recheck those stats the last 6 games or so. I dont think theyve been nearly as good. 1st half of the season might skew those numbers

totally agree. The Bears appear to be a textbook example of the Peter Principle……everyone there has been promoted to their level of incompetence lol

totally valid point, thanks for mentioning. I would counter by positing that this will be a get-well game for the Vikes, just as the Bears served that purpose for the 49ers last week. The previously slumping 49ers led the bears at HT 24-0, out gaining them 319 yards to 4 yards in the first half. Bears defense has allowed 30.3 PPG in the last 3 games, and an average of 436 yards/game, dead last in the NFL. I don’t see things improving much for them @Vikings.
