Saints pull off a tough win at Seattle and need a win next week to stay within the Falcons who are red hot. Line started off at -2.5 and its now -3. Figure it will be -5 or 6 by game time. Hope on the Saints because the 49ers suck and their offense won't be able to keep up.

Emptying the bank roll on this one . -3  -120

Keep in mind teams off playing the Seahawks! Look how the AZ Cards showed up today vs Carolina and how ATL fell to the Chargers the week 7. Add tons of public attention to the Saints week 9.... Dont think Saints will be easy money at all!!

This is the worst team in the NFL (at least Clev is in some of these games) with the 49er def. being the worst side of that horrible team vs the best off. in the league or top 3 min. Now they are not quite as potent on the road but vs this depleted 49er def. the saints will be in the 30s almost gaur.---40s if nes. if somehow the niners off. can keep up. The saints def. has been playing much better lately shutting down the chiefs in 2nd half and allowing 1 off. TD to the Seahawks and that came off a trick play to the 1 yard line and the saints def. is getting healthier with the possible return of their best corner this week (not like they need him or others though vs the 49ers cannot hit the broadside of a barn protester QB). Unless the Saints are -3 or -4 even in turnovers this will not be competitive.With a 500 record in the offing in a div. they are 1.5 games out and coming off a big win vs a top team and vs a team who has and will again wilt when stretches go bad for them on the field the saints are laughing here. I was the first to jump on this opener at pinny -3 + 108 last night right after it came out and after my eyes bugged out and could not empty my acc. (6600.00) fast enough. How this line is not 6-7 is beyond me but it will prob. be by gametime. I do not in the meantime TYVM.

Do people think Kap. and the 49ers off. is going to score in the high 20s or somewhere in 30s to cover this game esp. with the saint D. improving and getting healthier lately?
Brees and the saints can name their off. scoring number here and even by some miracle the 49ers get a nice off. #---will there be 1 person on earth surprised if the saints get into the 40s if pushed OM.
The saints found a run game lately with hightower vs far and away the worst run D. in the NFL now that in itself is not earth shattering cause the saints are a little run limited themselves on off. lets be honest but what that does is open up who--DR. Brees when the 49ers D. have to commit ANY resources to the run game from an already weak pass D. either. Pitch and catch is so true in this case.
How this line is not around a TD at gametime would be amazing to me.
Someone make a case for the 49ers other to say generic things that mean little like their off a bye or saints have to fly 4 hours.

Saints are 28th in Defense DVOA.

I can see a big rushing day for the Niners.

Line was 5 in a lot of places yesterday.  Has now settled at 4.5 everywhere (online).

Ya but they were 31st a few weeks ago-catching on to their new def. cord. dennis allen nicely lately. Even if they were 32nd who is going to take adv. of it the 32nd ranked SF Off.--ha and even if they can score the 49er D. is no match now a days for even a better than ave. off. let alone maybe the best off. in the NFL.
Even 14 pt. teaser players will not be saved in this one.

SF is the 4th ranked rush offense DVOA.  This is a "perception" thing.  Yes, they suck horribly as an overall organization, but they can actually run the ball. 

The no name committee of Kaep, Draughn, Davis, and Harris will get yards today, which will also keep Brees off the field. 

That is my opinion.

That is my opinion.

A good gameplan for sure but dont you know that the NO def. is going to favor the run stop ag. these 2nd string backs and control rush Kap. to keep him in the pocket. If Kap. can pass eff. the running game may show up in this game but who out there thinks Kap. can beat anyone from the pocket these days. Without the threat of the  pass any running game will have a hard time let alone this 2nd string/practice roster bunch.

I hear ye.   Would I be surprised if the Saints win by 14?  Nope.  But I don't think the Niners will go 0-whatever ATS the rest of the season either.  This is a simple spot play.  Remember that old stat of "play against teams who just played Seattle."  That's in play here too.  I'm not a believer in "that team is garbage, you should never bet on them."  Too much parity.. 

I'm just seeing some read option and weird stuff outta Chip's arse to keep this competitive..

Wow Kap. had a great 1st half but there was no way he could keep that up all game and as i said even if he would have lead them to 40 pts. NO could have scored 50 maybe even more.
This was the most obv. easy pick of the season and i am shocked everyone on here was not on the Saints.

yeah, I change my mind.  that was an obvious Saints pick..

it was also obvious that Kaep would have more passing yards than Brees..

and that the losing team would have a -4 turnover ratio, which is of course always the most predictable thing in any game..

San Fran can hang with saints awful defense. Got lucky with the turnover at the start of 2nd half.
