Here are some trends to know with the Saints: (1) In their last six games, the Saints are 5-1 ATS and 4-2 SU. (2) They are 5-0 ATS in their last five road games. (3) New Orleans is 4-2 SU in its last six games away from home. (4) The Saints have gone under in five of their last seven road games.
Here are the trends to know with the Panthers: (1) Carolina is 1-5-1 ATS in its last seven games. (2) The Panthers are 2-5 SU in its last seven games, but 17-8 SU in their last 25. (3) They are 8-3 ATS in their last eleven home games. (4) Carolina is 15-3 SU in its last 18 home games.
New Orleans beat Carolina a few weeks back 41-38 in an offensive shootout. The Saints have scored 34 or more points in five games this season. Carolina has held 5 of their last 7 opponents to 20 or fewer points and have averaged 36.7 points over their past four games with New Orleans.
Brees is not playing in a dome tonight and Carolina is playing much better than they were a few weeks back. The public has soured on Carolina after a difficult start. I like Carolina -3.
