Also Kansas City placed most the pre-season work on conditioning. It showed big time last week, as they wore Oakland out on both sides of the ball after the half. The skill players are starting to gel, after little to no pre-season drills. Those practices came in weeks one and two. But the biggest gains came in both lines play. I think Rivers is going to be looking like a deer in the headlights, feeling heat from Hali and Derrick Johnson.

KC has least QB hurries to date this year in the league at a whopping 9......................so not sure what you mean by feeling heat from KC Defensive line?
As for KC's three-game winning streak, I'm not all that impressed as those victories came against Minnesota (with McNabb at the helm), Indy (winless) and an Oakland team that just lost it's quarterback. I think KC reverts back towards the form of how they were to start the year, when they gave up big numbers through the air and were blown out by the better teams in the league, losing to Buffalo and Detroit by 34 and 45 points. Im not calling for a 20-point win by the Chargers but I do expect them to win by more than a touchdown................and once again win the yardage battle both on the ground and through the air (in first meeting this year the Chiefs didn't have a first down until the second half, and finished with just 252 yards total (SD had 375) )

Yeah but the chargers still only won by 3?.........But now the chiefs are gettin their shit together, playing better as a whole and the chargers arent too good on the road. Just like john gruden said last week on the mnf commercial when he picked the jags. He sees KC winning outright....
