Its been a good season so far with a ytd 4-2 record. Looking to keep adding more and more to the win column. Last week the Panthers looked as about lost and confused as the Penn St locker room. Peyton Manning did appear to be in old form as he watched the clock run out on Big Ben ( pun intended)with a smile on his face. The 49ers & baltimore both looked impressive enough to be super bowl contenders. How ironic considering Flacco & Smith have been 2 of the most scrutinized QB's in the past seasons. With that being said its time for my week 2 picks. I'm adding in my new special pick each week that i consider my number one pick of the week. Its called the Big Bucks No Whammies Pick.
Pick: Miami +3
Its been a long while since Miami has had anything to smile about. Adding Tannehill really didnt change that other than they can now smile about his hot wife. I'm going to give the kid a chance though and not throw stones at him just yet. The raiders look awful against the sorry defense of the Chargers and left us all scratching our heads on how they were considered the favorite in that game. Mcfadden does look like he is getting better now though, but Carson Palmer is far from a savior for that disaster of a team. Im going to stick with history this week and take the Dolphins. They are a home underdog, while they have won 6 out of the last 7 against the Raiders and to top it off the underdog is 4-1 in the last 5 meetings. Expect an ugly game , but with the Dolphins getting a rare W. Dolphins 20 Raiders 17
Pick - Seattle +3
Russell Wilson has all the potential to be a great quarterback. Other than being vertically challenged the kid has true potential and I expect for him to expose that Dallas Defense this weekend. His mobility allows other things to open up during a play and i expect to see him do what Michael Vick does to them every year. Tony Romo has been the most over rated quarterback in the league for a few years now and honestly im tired of hearing about him. Stop comparing him to Eli Manning or any other good QB in the league. He is a choke artist and expect to see his true colors this week just like Jay Cutler showed his last night against the Packers. Dallas still is going on about how big it was that they beat the Giants and that it was sweet revenge. Well by no means was it revenge. The Giants lost game one of the year whoop de doo. They lost a plenty last year too and guess what, they went on to beat Dallas and knock them out of the playoffs in the last game of the regular season then just to throw it in their face by winning a superbowl. Dallas is projected to finish dead last in that division this year and it will be fun watching them go down in a blaze of glory. Seahawks 24 Dallas 20
Big Bucks No Whammies Pick- Panthers/ Saints over 51
Yes i watched the Panthers lose to the Bucs last week and yes i saw how awful that offense looked, but they live to play another day. Cam Newton & company will be ready to light up the Saints defense who still is just focused on their appeal with Goodell. expect a better ground attack this week from Carolina that will then open up the air game. Drew Brees is still Drew Brees and well he always puts up good numbers. He still has a good receiver core and he makes them look like superstars even though they are no where close. I expect Drew Brees to do what he does best in this one and really make this game into a shoot out. Carolina with the upset this week is really going to leave the Saints hoping Goodell will just suspend the whole team so their season sucks and they have an excuse. Carolina -30 Saints-28

so you expect a rookie qb who couldnt expose a cardinals defense to expose a dallas defense that eli manning couldnt expose. Good luck boss
Exactly my thoughts. We have a defense where Tony don't have to make as many plays and just play his game and don't take real risky chances. Our defense is good enough to win games now.

Not sure about MIA. Moore is back for OAK and Carson actually had a game with a high completion rate and no picks... he might be able to find a grove once they get the running game going with DMC.
