I like TB to beat the Atlanta FailClowns but I would not go superhuge on a one-win team not getting many points.

Where are the bettors coming from that are not only still taking Houston but are willing to lay points with them? The Texans (I think 2-7 ATS) have brutalized their bettors all season; their loyalists must be masochists.
I like NO at -3 or less.
