Chiefs beat Falcons and Ravens too - not such a soft schedule. They've beaten EVERY TEAM THEY'VE PLAYED!

 I've heard this horse shit before. The Saints lost to TB in 2009 and went on to win the Super Bowl. You Crazies say the game was meaningless because the Saints had clinched the #1 seed. I dont think that is true, as they didnt rest starters. Drew Brees played the entire game. He was 32-37-258 1 TD that day. The Bucs won in OT 20-17.

The way it is applied by most, yes.

What matters is strength of opponent unit schedule.

If you play an average defense that give up 1.5 points per drive, and you score 2.0 points per drive. that awesome. Now, if you play a team that gives up 3 points per drive, it should be a blowout.
