Well quite the day yesterday, starting off really strong and then hitting ice with the afternoon plays after a slew of negativity. No excuses, just need to be more disciplined in the future when I'm not home and running around. Luckily I couldn't even get service last night to play the game because I would have lost more cash myself and I had the Dodgers which rounded out the losing evening. So today I will try to revert back to winners:
NO (+5): This Saints team is for real and I think people are still doubting them a bit. They lost last week in the closing moments (of really a great game) and I think will be plenty motivated to show the MNF viewers just how good they really are. Kansas City is dropping a handful of points and that might just be too much for an offensive that is missing key pieces and continues to limit the downfield throws. Yes, Xavier Worthy has broken some long TD's but the throws were not as far downfield as one might think and Kelce has had an average season at best. I'm a bit worried about the KC running game now with Pacheco out and the NO defense has been really good at containing QB's. I'd like to say I think they get the win outright tonight but that's just such a tough proposition. But take five points and add to that Mahomes is 33-40 against the spread (ATS) in his career when favored by more than three points and since the beginning of 2020, as a favorite of more than a field goal, Mahomes is 21-31(40.4%) ATS...and you have a PLAY!
Hope everyone is having a great day. As always, do your own research, tail or fade, good luck to all....
