Cleveland's Defense does NOT stink by any means.. In fact, it is pretty solid. They certainly won't be able to shut down Flacco and co., but they will be able to contain that offense. CLE is giving up an avg of 22.3pts per game (same as BAL). Coaching staff is very familiar with BAL offense. D'Qwell Jackson is a BEAST and will be able to keep Rice in check. If Weeden has less than 3 turnovers, CLE covers.
