As soon as I read &#x27;Cutler rarely turns it over&#x27; I stopped reading.&#xA;He has 151 INTs in 11 seasons. 7th most among active QBs. Everyone else near him has either played way longer/won rings/has way more TDs or is named Ryan Fitzpatrick.&#xA;Miami is as clueless as yourself, they just traded their best offensive player and he had a huge day on his new team.
