I would encourage everyone to look hard at the Dallas line today. The NFL does everything it can to keep the Cowboys relevant, despite the Cowboys continual failures game over game and season over season. And the league has an opportunity to keep the Cowboys relevant for at least one more week. If Dallas wins, then next weeks game against Philly is flexed to prime time and is for the division title. Technically they could lose and if Philly loses tonight, then next weeks game is still for the division crown. But I don't think anyone wants to take that chance.
This isn't a conspiracy theory in that league officials will meet with refs to say "Dallas needs to win, etc" as I don't believe that type of thing is ever spoken of. However in any business there are unwritten rules as to what the higher ups would like to have happen, and more often than not employees that can impact that do what they can to make it happen.
I struggle with this play because I don't have a ton of faith in Dallas to win on the road, even against a team like Washington. But I believe the effort will be there, I think they'll get a few more than their fair share of calls, and it'll be enough to give them the win on the road.

I agree with you 100% however I'm staying clear of this game..
DAL & WASH are two of the most unpredictable teams to me right now.

I agree about them being unpredictable. But I don't really doubt Dallas wins this (hence the title of the thread). The issue I have is will they win by 3?
