Pay Ed at 4pm EST Sunday = $10K poorer (yeah I know he didn't bet $10K on a freaking football game too but stay with me here)..
If you think laying 7 points in an NFL playoff game is a recipe for success.......step up my freind. Not only will Baltimore not cover the touch down tomorrow at home but they have a very decent chance of losing outright. But lets not get ahead of ourselves here......
If you think the Chuck Pagano story doesn't transcend the NFL post season this year....well, as they say, that is your prerogative. I'll just be the first (at least on Covers) to say that mark my words his presence will be the difference, just as it has been in the last couple of games of the regular season. That dufus Andrew Luck might be the nerdiesrt guy around (watch any interview and you'll see) but he will be the difference tomorrow. Add the energy in the locker room that the Pagano effect has added this year and you have what some might call simply....larger forces at work. Pagano is fighting to stay alive for his grandkids and every single Colt tomorrow not only realizes that but that fact puts them in a difference place in terms of their ability to tune themselves in for tomorrow's task....
I'm a HUGE Xs and Os guy when it comes to football but I'll say it again....there are larger forces at work here in this game and mark my words, if you are not a believer in these kinds of things you'll, at the very least, find yourself a little ambivalent as to whether or not there were in fact "something going on" in this game that impacted the final outcome.
Go ahead.....call the thread stupid, add all of your
