Wow. They are only a game out I'd the division. I know cousins has been stinking the last 5 guys. Ballsy move. Excited to see Pennix..
How is it ballsy? Cousins has been stinking it up for 5 games. His last chance was raiders.
Now you play the giants. There a good chance they win with ANY QB.
Rather than watch cousins have another bad game. Why not give jr some experience.
Training is always different than real world.

Cousins almost cost the falcons the game against a team who didn’t even want to win. They don’t trust him with the ball, he can’t get downfield, every pass is second guessed, he’s constantly sacked and can’t hold on to the ball. MPJ is no scrub, or some mr irrelevant qb. PENIX is Atlantas best chance at winning

Drew Lock's playing I'm taking the +8.5 with Giants Atlanta has no pass rush Lock will have his 1st chance to be able to throw the ball with a clean pocket .
No knock on Penix he gives Atlanta a better chance to win if he resembles anything he did in college.

I do think that Cousins needs a good full year to get that Achilles right. I am just saying that watch the Vikings come back into the picture next year for him for practically free since the Falcons will have to eat a majority of the contract. I could see them sending them a conditional pick like a 5th and the Falcons send him and a 6th. He is going to have some say in where he goes and he doesn't want to go to the rest of these crap teams with no weapons or offensive line.

Giants are tanking for number 1 pick, there's no way Daboli going to let giants win the game. Atlanta could go into victory formation in the 1st quarter, take 3 kneeldown and punt, and they still win the game. Of course spread is entirely different

$180,000,000 contract with the Atlanta Falcons, including $50,000,000 signing bonus, $100,000,000 guaranteed Amazing to me after all of the horrific signings that owners continue to offer this kind of money to QBs at the end of their careers.
