?Raiders vs Chargers 1st half edge?

The game tonight has a -3 for first half and the whole game. I like to think there is an edge in the -3 for the whole game. Does anyone have an idea or reason behind the spread.?

It depends on the coin toss.. if your -3 and you lose the coin toss and your opponent scores a TD you have an uphill battle to climb..

Thats why playing 1H spread can be more risky..
