Looks too good - I mean Payton beat Tampa 27-6 earlier this year, so how could this be a trap? 4 straight prime time favorite covers.Surely, this is another one GL

Actually it was worst than that. He and the defensive coordinator offered escalating bonuses not only based on hits, but late hits, injuries, knocking someone out of the game. Look at Brett Farve after that NFC Championship game. The guy literally looked like someone took a baseball bat to him. He fought though all those late hits and clear unnecessary roughness calls that were never called. As a matter of fact it was so bad that the Head of the NFL Officiating even had to release a formal statement saying something to the effect that they missed several game changing calls, including a blatant roughing the passer call on Brett Farve's INT that would have set up 1st and goal (with the Vikings already up in the game as you may recall that lead to the Saints taking down the field for a game tying FG to send to OT).

Yes, it was worse than that
The bounty gate scandal was used to cover up the opiod theft ring going on inside the Saints practice facility.

Bottom line both Gregg Williams and Sean Payton can GFTS! It was the first time that I realized that something is rotten in the state of Denmark as it relates to sports. Knew this as it relates to politics for a long time. Call me naive but I always defended sports being on the level. This was a game changer for me.
