This is a revenge game for Houston. Back on Dec 21. Houston lost 27-19 to Kansas City in Kansas City. Line was -3.5 now on Jan 18 line is -9. In my opinion 5.5 line adjustment is not justified. What has changed so much or so drastically since December 21st???
I understand Kansas City is a great team with tons of experience. I understand how great Andy Reid, Steve Spagnola, Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and Chris Jones are...I understand they're going to be using a different offensive playbook for the playoffs. A lot of defensive schemes Spagnola been saving for the playoffs. I understand they're off a bye. Chiefs are probably going to win this game but cover is a different animal.
Kansas City is 0-5 Ats as a favorite of -7 or more this season.
This is the largest Underdog line of the year for the Houston Texans and I believe they're going to come out with great focus, great energy and great intensity today.

Washington has been an underdog of+7 or more twice this season. ( At Baltimore they lost 30-23 and at Cincinnati they won 38-33)
I feel this match up will be a chess match between Kliff Kingsbury vs Aaron Glenn and Dan Quinn vs Ben Johnson.
We all know who The X Factor is and that's the rookie sensation Jayden Daniels.
I'm not sure how many punts we're going to see in this game. Lol This Should be an exciting game down to the wire.
