Long time lurker and just started posting again Sat for NCAAF.
Got very lucky with the Navy game U31.5 in the 1H. Which leads me to my pick for today. Playing the same angle as the Navy game. With the rain in the forecast coupled with wind at 20 - 30 mph, I like the game to stay under the total. Although these two teams are the tops in offense, I personally think that both will have a hard time in the passing game due to the inclement weather. With LT battling a toe issue, and Reggie out indefinitely, as well as a myriad of other injuries on both sides, I have to side with the under.
