The only regime change that needs to happen is with the GM and since he is also the owner that is not going to happen. Since J Jones took full control of running the football portion of the franchise (i.e.; GM) they are a .500 team regardless of who the coaches are. He is the real problem, period.

Henry, The TOP regime will NEVER changeWhat it is gonna take is a very SMART, football saavy head coach who can put ownership/GM in their proper place when it comes to on&#x27;the&#x27;field football decisions(I.e. somebody especially strong, Jimmy Johnson, Tuna type..).  JJ and steven NEED to find the most COMPATIBLE coach to their meddling styleIf they could deal with JJ and Big Bill, they just might find anotherUntil then, Girlz will wallow in 8-8 territory What a shame to such a popular franchise who COULD be so great with right leadership.I&#x27;ll even throw this on wall, they need an abrasive take charge guy like Mike Shanahan than Red robotic Jesus  The pl;ayers need somebody they respect beside the "joke" ownership

I&#x27;m so tired of the COWBOY FANS ....shut up and wait ur turn!!!!! You people think jus because you won and were dominant a decade ago it&#x27;s supposed to continue. Times have changed. The rules have been changed . There are several other franchises that have never been successful or just WON  period you don&#x27;t see them in here crying week after week when they get beat. You had a big lead you lost.....jus like Denver did to the Pats..It happens in sports one team gets momentum and the other team can&#x27;t stop them. Stop complaining about the players the coaches the owner they&#x27;re all trying to win .... you think Jones doesn&#x27;t want to win? Be grateful you have a owner even interested in his team....some only wanna milk the franchise for its money and could careless if they win.
