We can all make an argument that Dallas should pull its starters.
and this was reflected with the line it dropped till about noon to 5.5
now steadily rising. to now about where it originally started at 6.5
I am not sure if this is contrary to the theory line movement with the public perception of shoveling money into Lions side. And a reality of inside knowledge of Cowboys are Coming to play.
this is bothering me.....

Public dog and Stafford not 100% with injury to his hand and Cowboys no incentive to win this game....if this game is not a not play then I don't know what is....also if you ever wondered if your a generate, this would be the game to find out

I think it all depends on how Detroit fares in the first half. If they can stay even or take the lead at half, I see the Lions playing hard down the stretch. But if Dallas gets up by 10 points, I could see the energy drained from the Lions as they look ahead to next week.
The Lions haven't lost by more than two touchdowns in their last 22 games, but I could see it slip away from them late here.

From a small sample of slightly over 500 players in a weekly contest i partake, more than half is committed to Det/Over. About a quarter believes in Dallas/over. Around 10% perceives a Det/Under outcome and barely 1% thinks Dallas/Under is the final outcome, remaining is hasnt added input.

too many oddities in this. First Dallas not the team but the city, has huge problems financially, racially , socially , the refs are I believe from Dallas area and the Fans well be hard pressed to see a lion on anyones shirt.
coach is starting its starters, the now coach was then offensive manager under wade phillips and does not want the cowboys to get "rusty."
This is a Big game in Dallaas maybe the first sell out stadium in years, the landry generation of Kids are now around 47-55 and the now season tickets holders.
then alt lines have gotten under my skin. under plus 10 available then jumps to 14.5 with a gap between 10 and 14. this is the two score sweet spot that dallas can and I believe will achieve.
anyway the whole anchilada is sour me but I see many angles.
the third quarter is Dallas's big come back I perceive lions having a close or slight lead going into the locker room and then a third quarter three td lead for dallas then when its a sealed deal lions coming back to be with 10-14 to end it with a recovered on side kick and bringing the targeted audience 47-55 fans to a brink of euphoria..... remembering pitts huge come back redemption.
just my outlook on this game going to watch it and have a Grant that Detroit covers 6.5 but just an uneasy feeling here.

It's a Monday night game in Jerry's World everybody will play and Cowboys will cover the 6. Maybe next week you will see the starters play only 1 half of football but not tonight.

YOU OBVIOUSLY HAVE NEVER BEEN TO DALLAS. Dallas is a wealthy Texas Suburb. They are not having any financial problems. Dallas is one of the most polite, accepting communities in America. Just because Texas votes Republican doesn't mean Dallas is a city of bigotry. Dallas is more liberal than many places in Texas, although certainly not Austin by any stretch.
Your assertions about the people of Dallas are wrong and ignorant.

The obvious play tonite would be taking the points with a team who NEEDS this game. Dallas, nothing to play for too. Well.....that's where the public rests their cash. On Detroit. For me, in a prime time game where over 800k is on Detroit to cover and only 160k on Dallas to cover, I'm ok being on vegas' side (dallas' side). I get those numbers from sbrodds and another website shows a huge bias for Detroit as well. I see a late cover from dallas coming and expect the big boys to sit next week, not tonite. GL either way guys

Agree with PF.....you clearly know nothing about the DFW area. One of the healthiest cities in the U.S. We add in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area the population of Wichita, KS every 3 years and have some of the wealthiest areas the U.S.
With Dak and Zeke both in the running for MVP and Rookie of the Year, do you think they will not be playing their butt's off? Maybe next week they rest, but not tonight.
