Hello Covers Community. I’m running in place lately. But just like a MLB player going through a slump, you break out eventually!
I have admit, if it wasn’t for my bottom team losing yesterday, I probably would have passed on tonight’s slate. But, it’s action so here goes…
Minnesota -7 at home versus Da Bearz. The line absolutely stinks. In my opinion, the Vikings should be -9. Chicago plays their second game with a new coach. Williams fared well in the first game against Minny and the coach will only move ahead with his game plan. He was the OC. The line is too low, goading the public to jump on the home team.
The visitors have competed in their divisional games this season, and with the national stage and new leadership…I’m on my kind of town…Chicago is!
Good luck all!

The Bears like backing the Jets this year, or when a ton were on the Panthers yesterday, are an absolute gutter team/franchise. This team is dogshit in every facet. So when you back a shit team like this you’re banking on a fluke fumble, untimely picks, a bored team up by so much they turn the gas off and the shit loser team back doors. There’s absolutely nothing appealing visually, statistically about backing this team. Last week everyone was on them against SF and they do what gutter teams do, get curb stomped. I watched enough bad football yesterday with the Panthers I don’t have the stomach to watch the Bears. Good luck though.

When daaaaBEARS faced above avg winning teams: lost by 6 @ Houstonlost by 3 @ Washingtonlost by 1 vs Packerslost by 3 @ Detroitlost in OT vs Minny
Matt Eberflus was the coach for all those games. Thomas Brown was the OC for 2 of those games. Shane Waldron OC for 3. Eric Washington just stepped in at DC last week.
Too many moving pieces. It's a cluster fuck

Inevitably we’ll have more posts on Sunday about how the Lions lost a bunch of players, and this is the Bears Super Bowl. And the Bears +7 at home looks too good to pass up. Well pass it up. This team sucks, arguably playing the worst football of any team in the nfl right now. The attrition at OC has taken its toll. This loser calling plays last called plays in 2006 at vaunted Hampton U.

this is all true….but I’d think twice before unloading on the lions. Look at Goffs splits, he’s not nearly as good when playing outdoors. Last meeting in Chicago Justin Fields outplayed him, and the bears as 3 point pup won SU 28-13
I’ve been fading the bears in recent weeks but right now I’m thinking I will pass on this game
