This team plays hard under DC week in and week out. They still want to win in case of an inevitable tie vs Vikings next week. Both teams will be 14-2 going to next week matchup to create the biggest game in regular season history. Also this is revenge game from last years NFCCG. So yes Detroit does care, ML safest option tonight

Even if Detroit didn't care, San Francisco cares even less. Detroit by 21+ tonight. Brick Purdy needs to make sure he don't get hurt so he can get a good contract next year

Again as a Vikings fan I really hope he goes for it. I hope he destroys SF. I hope their confidence is show high they don't show up next week. That would be my hopes. But if one of his core players gets hurt and out next week/playoffs boy oh boy is Campbell going to be in for it.

This Lion team is not the Lions of old. I am a Viking fan so saying that. The Lions are not going to lay down tonight. They are coached by a players coach. They love Campbell they will go thru a wall for him. I don’t think Campbell wants to lay down and play for the last game. The Lions are the best team in the NFC. The Vikings will not beat them if they go there in the playoffs.

don’t show up next week? Come on man. Put in 17 weeks of hard work to come down to the last week for all the marbles; and for some reason just go through the motions and don’t show up ? At home? For the #1 seed? Yeah I doubt thats the case. more like beat the crap out of the 49ers and do it again next week to the Vikings!

also if detriot loses their last 2 and philly wins next week, then detriot becomes the 3rd seed

We'll find out how Campbell's going to play it in a little while from now, but based on what we know of him I don't think he takes his foot off the pedal. Yes, they're pros, but that doesn't mean it's like a light switch they can turn off and on. I think they'd rather stay in a winning groove than drop a game.
But, whatever, whichever, like I said we'll find out a little while from now how he's going to play it. Regardless of his game plan - good luck to all who have money on it (My op/$? I bought Detroit last week, small $, before the hook came on, I don't like San Fran in what looks like a possible quit situation.)
