It's very hard to see Chicago competing today with Matt Barkley starting at QB. Tennessee is ranked #7 in rushing defense which would seem to negate (or at least keep in check) a heavy run attack that you'd figure the Bears would use today with Jordan Howard playing at a high level. The Bears are only #21 in total rushing, but that is more of an issue with the coaching staff not fully or consistently sticking to the run (#8 in average per rush).
Tennessee is a team that has committed to the run with DeMarco Murray having a fabulous season to date, and the Titans #3 in rushing vs. Chicago's #12 ranked rushing defense with does lose one of their playmakers on defense in ILB J.Freeman today.
Marcus Mariota has grown up this season - 16 TD's, 0 INT in the red zone, and a QB rating over 100 on the season.
Overall, Chicago is without Jeffries, Miller and probably Eddie Royal today on top of Cutler being out so this offense figures to struggle heavily today with the passing game and only figure to stay in this game with shorter fields and a strong running game.
Tennessee is probably not going to win their division or make the playoffs, but clearly a team on the rise and this is a game they need to win on the road.
Tennessee wins today over the Bears, my prediction 27-10.

If Chicago scores more than 10-13 points today, it would have to be a credit to their defense or special teams. It's really hard to see them putting up more than 1-2 extended drives today and even those are dependent on a FG kicker with limited range should the drives stall out.

Teenesee going to soldier in a cold weather! This game would be close !!
Outside of last week's 17 point performance in their loss at Indianapolis, the Titans have been putting up big point totals: 47, 35, 26, 26 an 26 in the previous 5 weeks. I would expect that they'd be in that range today.
The Bears defense isn't horrible and it's probably closer to becoming good, but no Floyd or Freeman today won't help. Still a road game and Bears did rebound some vs. NYG in the 1st half, but couldn't move the ball in the 2nd half.

Barkley has been solid so far for Chicago, a couple of dropped passes have hurt his numbers (including a Howard drop that would have been a TD prior to a TD pass by Barkley on 3rd down).
Tennessee got off to a slow start on both ends today, but did close the 1st quarter with a late TD, evening the score at 7-7, keyed by a long catch by D.Walker (and a blocked that freed Derek Henry for a rushing TD).
