This is just a general rant. No action on the game what so ever.
The NFL is unwatchable to me at this point. They try to promote more scoring by all these ridiculous defensive penalties. Can't touch A Wr. Can't touch A Qb. Safety First! You can't play defense at all and yet the league has gone backwards. If you play in A yahoo fantasy sports league you know what I'm talking about. It seems like everyone is in the red this week. Projected scoring way off. Yeah I know. Fantasy Football. But the NFL promotes the hell out of it and it's there bread and butter right now.
Thursday night's game with the Cardinals and Rams the teams couldn't even score A fricken TD. 12-6 Field Goal Fest. Monday night football and the Bears look like A Division II A college program. These are prime time games. Seems like a lot of games have been lopsided to me. I think I can count on one hand how many "good" games I've watched this year where I was fully enjoying the entire game. Most of us here have action on these games so maybe it's not as hard to get a rush or excited for these tilts as others.
But the general public? Why would you watch this crap. Bunch of lemmings out there I guess. Roger Goodell went for A high five and he got A knuckle bump instead. Let's get back on track and worry about The Washington Redskins changing their name. Or changing the code of conduct policies on the fly. JOKE LEAGUE.
