NFL has flaws with this time and time again
The Higgins non call was just that...a non call. Incidental contact while he was adjusting to catch the ball. Tell Ramsey to get his head out of the way. Not every incidence of contact is a penalty. Every referee knows this.
Lets say the ref saw it as Ramsey impeding Higgins arm...an interference penalty. Most times they will hold the flag waiting for the play to unfold. Since Higgins caught the pass, whats the point of calling the penalty?
Bottom line is that calls are missed all of the time. There are things that you just cannot handicap and sometimes you're on the wrong side. Best play another game if you don't like it.

If that had been called then rams wouldnt of been working so hard to get that last td. You never know how the game would of played out. Maybe Rams fumble the punt anything could of happened. It's not that simple.

One side's "bad call" is the other side's "blessed blinders." I still say Stafford's 2 INT's caused the LAR failure to cover. Burrow threw no INT's despite the most pressure any QB faced in any playoff game in the history of the NFL.
However, Mr. Clutch led yet another 4Q comeback to get the SU victory. Stafford deserves some credit and all of the LAR ML bettors would pat him on the back if they had the chance.
It's a loooooooong way until September.
