I agree with your conclusion, not necessarily your premises.

The Giants should be favoured. They are going to win, and handily. Eli will be able to pass at will against the Pats secondary, and I think that Brady will struggle against the pass rush, much like he did in the last superbowl, this year against Pittsburgh and this year against NYG (as well as last week against Baltimore).
