Anybody who watched the Rams play last week couldn't possibly be confident about laying money on them tonight. I really just don't think Sam Bradford gets it yet. Every time you want to think he has turned the corner he regresses.
With the way the 49ers looked last week you could make the same argument that money shouldn't be laid on them either. Believe it or not I actually see this as an opportunity to get some value on the 9ers this week. Rams played them tough last year and Harbaugh is fully aware of that. I would image that he has watched a lot of film from those 2 games last year and he has developed a game plan that changes their strategy a bit going into this game.
For many years watching people gamble on NFL games I have seen people try to outthink the books to gain an edge. Rams are at home and getting 3 points so they have instantly become a trendy "sharp" play. I don't happen to agree with this. The line on this game is exactly where it should be because of several factors. The talent level however is strongly in the 49ers favor. I can just imagine that Harbaugh made it the week from hell for his players this week after last weeks effort. Things should be a lot different tonight and I expect MAXIMUM effort and results out of SF tonight.
If I am a square than so be it. If there is one thing we should all learn, it's that "sharp" money doesn't always win in the NFL.

Nice take. I was in the same spot. Watched the StL game last week as I was on DAL. 13 pts through first 3 qts of first three games total for StL. I hate betting with 75% of public but I was square with you last night. Got busted up on my u43.5 bet tho ;/.
BOL rest of week, I like your picks and you bet like me and don't just follow whatever the "sharp" money is and use your head to make a smart square pick when it's called for and there's obvious value if you dug deep into what was going on with both teams.
Keep it up, BOL.

after the game we shall see. my gut tells me trap city, i been betting while you were in your dads nuts still so lets see...........
I'm kind of a drifter too. Just like this cat. He joined 7 years ago and averages about 1 post per month. And this is the contribution he makes? At first I thought what a stupid thing to say. Now that SF won, and he looks like a complete tool, I think it's a pretty funny post. What a fool!
System....Keep it up bro!
