Like the Pistons in nba I often look and the likes and just skim by them because I think that oddsmakers have just juiced the line too high given how bad the team is. Now I look at this Panthers team led by the 5’8 on a phone book bust Bryce Young. Haven’t seen many people on the Packers yet but is this line one of those too good to be true? Panthers don’t have a pick to play given they gave it up for said bust.

This is the NFL here.. line is -4..what did u want the line to be? GB is on the road. Panthers beat Texans with CJ Stroud and Falcons at home. Look who the Packers have lost to on the road.. Giants.. Falcons..Raiders.. Steelers…Broncos..

Green Bay lost to Tommy Devito, and had ZERO sacks that game. He was averaging getting sacked like 7 times a game going into that one. Baker Mayfield just had the first perfect passer rating in Lambeau Field history last week. Carolina played that same Tampa Bay team and kept them in check for almost the whole game and only lost by 3. They just won their last game, and are 2-1 ATS since Frank Reich got fired.
Look at Carolina's lines this season. The majority of them are in the 3-4 range, because their defense is actually pretty good.
It's a high consensus game because Carolina has been so bad against the spread this season, it doesn't matter who they're playing. Nobody wants to take them.
The Packers aren't exactly setting the world on fire coming into this game. And they're giving more than a FG. Carolina has had 5 games this season decided by 3 or less.

The Panthers haven't taken an offensive snap in the 4th quarter this year, with a lead.
Let that sink in.
Better yet, it's hard to think that they actually won 2 games.
Defensive coordinator Joe Barry of the Packers is probably the worst defensive coordinator in the nfl. And the Packers special teams play is atrocious.
Pro $ is clearly on the Panthers. Good Luck on your choice.
