NFL Sunday: CIN Bengals vs BUF Bills
MK - the most innovative and intelligent sports handicapper I've ever met or known - has invented the code for a Win/Lose coefficient involving few teams. He called it Da Vinci Code to commemorate the successful book at that time and honor the greatest of the medieval scientists - Lenardo Da Vinci. But, that was applied for the baseball regular season games. Today - I want to apply some parts of that code to this matchup today. As we all know the "surprising" Bills won the game the were not "supposed" to (Denver, the first ever regular season blow to the runner ups Atlanta at the Mercedes Benz Arena). We wagered on one of those wins and won big last week when the Bills and the Rams dealt "unexpected" blows to the Falcons and the Cowboys. So, as I said before - today we will apply the continuation of that code to the games the teams involved in the last weeks "surprises" are playing at.
The Bengals? Well, it is like every season the same story with those guys - you don't really know if they are tough or not. You don't really know if they are up to fighting for the postseason or not. What do I mean? well, look at the Giants season for an example. They were all the in for the wins in 3 out of 4 games they have surrendered. They are 0-4, but, you know they could have easily been 3-1. The Bengals - contrary to that and similar to that at the same time - could have easily entertained the same 3-1 or at least 2-2 records. But, they are 1-3. They were absolutely blown away in the opener against the Steelers and they absolutely blew the pathetic Browns, but, they were in for the win against the Packers and the Texans.
So, today, is a perfect spot for the Bengals to get their Da Vinci Code win against the Bills. Why? In a funny way - the Bills owe and the Bengals are being owed.
Now, please do not be scared of the odds of -170 in this particular case. Why I want you to take the money line? For the same reason I picked the Giants +2.5 last week and not the Giants ML. There is something always fishy with those line changes that occur under the FG margin. The line was originally the Bengals -1 and is now the Bengals -3. So, I don't want to be on a possible losing side of the Meddling Wise Guys if they are the reason for the line movement. Take the -170 odds. I strongly advice you!
I am reminding you that despite a big eye brow movement on your part after an initial and a very rare 10 unit loss yesterday on the North Carolina hoax - we followed with 6 wins winning 20 units. So, be confident that there is no reason to fear any loss (wink wink) ??
