New coaches have been horrendous in Week 1 last few years. Will this trend continue? Seems like most are tailing this trend and I’m sure books has a big part w/ adjusting lines according to this trend.
Going against the grain and playing some ML plays w/ coaches I feel can get that W Sunday.
2 well respected coaches who wants to build a better culture around the organization. Team also going the right direction imo.
Giants ML +205 (3U)
Washington +200 (3U)

I tend to agree on Rivera/Washington. It isnt like he is a "new" coach, he has the player's respect, and now they will want,to play for him to lift his spirits re: his illness. If he was able to have a regular pre season with them I think they'd really love him.
Not sure on NYG, I think they improve, but Pitts will come, out firing with a healthy Big Ben, as much as I hate that. I may look at OVER on that game just because I think Steelers jump, out early, NYG throws a ton for catchup, and Big Ben throws a ton to get back in the swing after a non existent pre season.
Good luck,

can't compare coaches. giants could potentially have the worst defense in the league. wash def has a shot esp considering eagles history of starting slow week 1

i really like the Wash play, but i took them +6 and have been debating jumping on the ML as it's slowly crept down over the week. I live in Philly and the attitude is that the Eagles are just going to take care of them easily, but i think Wash will be motivated under the new (veteran) coach. Right now the Eagles o-line is kinda shaky and the receiving core isn't at full strength either and TE Zach Ertz is just realizing the team isn't going to resign him. Also, cracks are beginning to develop between HC Doug Pederson and GM Howie Roseman. I can't believe this is happening since i thought Pederson would have a job for life here since winning the SB, but Howie always needs a "fall guy" to take blame for his horrid drafts. I could see this being a game of field goals and WSH pulling out a 20-19 late victory

Don't think the Giants should be catching more than a FG Monday, and the Madden Simulations LOVE that Steven Sims this week ..I'm waiting to pound his props ...
All 7 simulations had Sims with 5+ catches and 90+ yards ...
BEST OF HEALTH, HAPPINESS,WEALTH, BLESSINGS and LUCK TO ALL !!

Both could be money early on vs the Spread. ..

This is the reason you pick the NY Giants this week? You are better than that.
Last year the Giants gave up over 28 points per game on average...they scored 21 points per game on average and now they face a top 5 D whose veteran QB has come back off surgery and has a compliment of weapons on offense. Is he healthy? He says he is pain free for the first time in years and I believe him.
Judge gives nice interviews with the press and obviously that works for you...PLEASE, you are about to get a Giant wakeup call...unless Pitts' plane has been set on fire by BLM or ATIFA then your bet is in peril.

Washington may have a shot at an upset with that ferocious D-line they have
hard to see Daniel Jones trying not to turn the ball over against that Pitt D.. at same time Big Ben said he is nervous about his return plus getting up there in age. smells like a Pitt win, maybe Giant cover
Sip on that plus money honey!

I agree, Giants secondary is probably its weakest unit. But don’t overlook the Giants O. I have this game going over NY keeping this close .

Glad to hear your on the same side. Interesting approach with the Madden simulations. Can definitely see Haskins shortening the passing game with the slot and TE. This was his kind of game 2H of the season LY and he succeeded with the plan.

I’ve been following this Giants team last few years. Love what they did with their draft and free agency. Imo they’re a couple years from really competing in this league....7-9/8-8 is what I have them this year.
On the other hand, seems like Pitt has regressed a lot with Tomlin. Team still has that blue collar signature, but I personally think they need to make changes w/ the coaching staff ....see them regressing the next few years. Can see Tomlin getting the boot of not this year, next year.

Thanks for stopping in DK. Wash front 7 is going to be fun to watch, but again this has been the expectation for the last few years with this team. Have my doubts about Young, but I think they’ll be an improved unit from last year for sure.

Believe me, Haskins will be much improved this year. Kid just needs a couple year to grow. I don’t know, something about Rivera coaching, RB committee...which btw is excellent, a descent D unit has this one screaming in my head as an upset.
Get used to it...Haskins vs Jones will battle for the East in the next 2-5 years.
