 Cold weather teams mostly have domes to comfort fans and warm/hot weather teams have domes and are climate control as well.

To have a warm weather team play in a freezing ass environment is an advantage to the outdoor non dome team and some sort of desirable temperature atmosphere desirable for both teams should somehow be implemented.o

How exactly are you going to make that happen when that team earned the right to play at their home turf and moving to a different venue takes that home field earned right away.

I understand both sides of the argument

It is football. All football should be played outside in the elements. As a kid I loved it when it snowed or rained to get out and play tackle football. These guys get paid millions to play a kid sport.
