Point is: do not parlay same game Fave + Over; especially if "chasing" in prime-time games.

Division underdogs went 4-3 ATS (DET +7, PIT +4, SEA +3, NE +3)

All 3 prime-time games went Under. All featured some defensively capable teams, or a team that can't score [enough]. Patriots attempted 3 pass attempts. Mac Jones Under 203.5 passing was a gift, eh?

Any other hindsight(s)?

This is the time of year I look for signs that teams seem to be making vacation plans instead of 100% focus on the game

I am suspicious of Texans bears giants Broncos to name a few

chiefs looked like they were playing at a faster speed than Broncos, but continue having problems with dropped passes, currently rank #5 in NFL.    IMO true SB contenders have better focus, not so many drops + turnovers

Pats seem to be the only team that can prevent an NFC team from winning the SB, but no rookie QB has ever played in the big game, much less won it

there was another 33-22 score making it at least the 4th time this season……odd score, sorta funny to me

Pats just need a game manager not a franchise QB to win games...yep even against the best. When you have a solid D, special teams, and a run attack you can stand toe to toe with anyone IMO. Maybe Mac Jones will be the first rook to get to a Superbowl? It has to happen some day.

 Agreed and as for Jones who knows, he is already doing some things no rookie has done before. Kid looks like a veteran out there.

Mac Jones is the only rookie QB in the Super Bowl era to have a 70+ comp pct on 30+ attempts in 4 of his first 5 career starts.

on another forum I argued that Jones could be best or second best QB in the draft because of his accuracy 

I also thought Kyle Trask was worthy of a first round selection, for the same reason

I thought the Steelers would take him at 24 or 25, whatever their pick was, but instead he’s in line to succeed Brady
