Cincy Bengals -3 (That Pat offense is dysfunctional but the Bengals are in a massive look ahead towards Buffalo. There is a chance they could be flat for this one. The Bengals need this game to keep the division lead and to have a realistic shot for the #2 seed). If KC wins out and Buffalo loses to the Bengals and becomes the #3 seed, then it would be Buffalo that is forced to duke it out in KC rather than the Bengals. The game has massive implications for Cincy and I don't see how they overlook it.
Miami -3 1/2 @ home I see the Dolphins rolling in this one as the Packers will have a tough time stopping the Dolphins' high powered offense. The Packer D numbers versus the pass look good but they haven't defended Hill and Waddle yet. Miami is also the running the ball with some success now...
Pittsburgh -2 1/2 This one is all about 'win one for the gipper'...Franco was the grand old man of Pittsburgh. No doubt the ownership, coaching staff, and community (probably the league too-Goodell) have stressed the importance of winning this game for his memory as a tribute. His jersey number will be retired and of course as everyone knows it was the 50th anniversary of the 'Immaculate Reception'. To Pittsburghers, that miracle play was like the appearance of Christ's Mother Mary or Christ on earth as it was their first playoff win in 40 years. The weather forecast is frosty as temps will dip down to the single digits at kickoff plus the wind chill. Aside from my in laws who are rabid Steeler fans, who else will show up for this frigid game on a Christmas eve??? WTF?
BOL and Merry Christmas!

gotta agree on Miami, GB last few weeks have played lesser teams, so their success is less impressive. Tua finally getting healthy. I have had a concussion b4, and it takes awhile. Mia has the better run game, and with the lesser opponents I think GB overated looking at stats.

I was expecting Cincy to be at least -4, -5 on this. I do not like this line at all, hopefully we are not over thinking this and just take the better team and QB which is Cincy.
I think the safer play is the Steelers ML on this game. Low total, you already know it’s going to be a 3 pt game either way.
Miami is another tricky game here. I mean the Packers are straight garbage this year yet this line is scaring me off for some reason. If Miami was like -5.5-7 here I’d be all over them. With a line this low it’s worrying me a bit that they may want Rodgers getting into the playoffs some how.
I think the dog of the day is going to be the Panthers ML. I’m seeing 90% on the lions right now which is going to be trouble. Panthers defense is fairly good and they been playing fairly good as well lately. My favorite play of the day is the redskins +7 and the ML. Another team 49ers are locked in nothing to play for here. Can’t risk injuries etc. Redskins have all to play for. Some key players just got pro bowl spots, they are going to be amped up. I feel a low scoring game with Washington winning outright.
I also think the Texans get their second win this week. They have been playing very well as well and got the end of the stick the last few weeks. Could be a big spot to take them here. or it could be one of those games where the Titans blow them out by 30+ and remind the league who they really are.
vikings are all locked in nothing to play for. I think the giants Ml is the way to go here. Don’t want to risk players getting hurt etc on minny side
Curious to hear what you guys have to say on these. Thanks

Good writeup, out of those you mentioned Washington seems like a solid pick to me. Purdy will be facing a step up in D and pressure than what he is used to. The motivational factors or lack thereof you mention make sense to me. Of course Heinecke will not have a picnic either facing the San Fran D. I can't fade a hot team on a roll even if they have sewn up a divisional championship. A pass for me, but you might be right.
The Panthers are a bridge too far for me. Two weeks ago they won in Seattle and then came home and laid an egg against Mitch Trubisky for God's sakes. Darnold played like his former funky Jet self. Personally, I won't trust that team again. They might be done trying to impress their interim head coach and the front office. I wouldn't bet Houston with counterfeit money but that is just me. All the best,
