Cleveland’s problem had been the 9 interception thrown by rookie quarterback Brandon Weeden. Weeden probably won’t keep averaging nearly two interceptions per game, but he’s likely to throw significantly more interceptions than an average quarterback would. The Bengals are about average on both sides of the ball but my math favors Cincy by 3 ½ points in this game. Cleveland does apply to a 64-25-1 ATS home underdog situation, but they barely qualify as a home dog, so I’ll lean slightly with Cincinnati in this game.
Arz over Buf
This is an interesting matchup between a horrible offensive team and a horrible defensive team and both teams are in a bounce-back situation after disappointing results last week.Buffalo played last week without two injured starters on the offensive line and then had two backups go down with injury, so they’re a bit thin up front and that could be a problem against a good Arizona defensive front. Im leaning towards Arz in this match up.
GB over Hou
Green Bay’s once potent offense has been bogged down by a leaky offensive line that can’t protect quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who has been sacked 21 times in 5 games. Rodgers is still good enough to have the Packers rated at just slightly below average offensively.so I’ll lean with the Packers plus the points despite the math leaning the other way. I also like the Under here, as the total is high because people still think of Green Bay as a high scoring team. The fact is that the defenses are much better than the offenses on both of these teams.
Dal over Bal
Dallas is 2-2 straight up, 1-3 ATS and have been outscored by an average of 5.8 points per game. But, the Cowboys are one of the better teams in the league and they’re going to prove that eventually. Baltimore is sitting at 4-1 thanks to a very good offense but their defense has aged and misses defensive MVP Terrell Suggs. The Ravens are just average defensively this season. I like Dallas plus the points and this game.
