"We’re Going to Disneyland"

Tom Brady is the guy who wins the Super Bowl XLIX but why he is not the guy going to Disneyland? Instead, Disney picks Malcolm Butler and Julian Edelman as duo to say "We’re Going to Disneyland"? Could Disney be wary of pending Ted Wells' NFL investigation on the deflategate which could impact Tom Brady later on?

Ray Lewis was named Super Bowl XXXV, but he did not go to the Disney World. Instead, Disney picked Trent Dilfer as the guy saying "I am going to Disney World". Ray Lewis was charged with murder one year prior to the Super Bowl XXXV but subsequently his murder charge was dismissed in exchange for witness against others.

it's funny because you know it's the last place they want to go.  they want to party with their team and family/friends, not go do the kiddie park scene. 

but I was looking forward to them forcing brady to go to Disneyland and him having to pretend to love it.  he is maybe more powerful and they can't force him??? or maybe they just thought it would be more interest

Both Malcolm Butler and Julian Edelman aer both well deserved of that honour

They should go to Epcot World Showcase and hit on the all those immigrant girls that work in the Morocco, Norway, Japan, etc.

Usually, Disney will pick Super Bowl MVPs to say "I am Going to Disney World" slogan, Tom Brady has been there twice since he was named MVPs. Unless there are some kind of controversies behind the MVP winners, such as Ray Lewis at the time of Super Bowl XXXV. The lingering effect from the NFL deflagate investigation might have prevented Disney to choose Brady last night. Disney would not any risk of choosing him in case Ted Wells investigation ends up with negativity against Tom Brady over the under-inflated football in the AFC Championship game.

Really?  The ONLY reason NE won was because of Malcolm Butler's interception.  While he was winning the game for his team, Tom Brady was dancing on the sideline like a little school girl.

Don't get me wrong, Bling. Both Edelman and Butler played extremely well, and they deserved to go to the Disney Land and rightfully so.

I just have doubt of the Walt Disney's selection this year. They usually picked Super Bowl MVPs to go to Disney. The exceptions are Ray Lewis of SB XXXV and Tom Brady of SB XLIX.

Europa why are you speculating?  Why are you correlating Disney and DeflateGate?

Tom Brady could have said "No Thank You" to Disney.  In fact he said today on the raido.... that he has been to Disney twice in the past and he was thrilled Butler and Edelman got to go.

Brady is looking into how to make sure the MVP truck he won ends up in Malcolm Butler's driveway also.....

Europa I lover your posts typically.....just not a fan of guessing...

I understand know you Patriots homer guys love Brady but there is uncertainty lingering on the outcome of Ted Wells' deflategate investigation which could impact Tom Brady in negative way. If I were the Disney, I would do the same by picking other Patriots than Brady, who played well in SB XLIX, such as Butler and Edelman.

Deflagate investigation will not have impact on either Malcolm Butler or Julian Edelman but it could do against Tom Brady. I think Disney would not take any risk of it.

To be fair, Edelman probably deserved the MVP instead of the usual QB choice.

Disney had the proper choices by choosing Butler and Edelman but not Tom Brady, Ted Wells' deflate-gate finding confirms Disney's proper choices.  

Way to go, Disney!
