I disagree with "value" capping. That is one of the worst ways to do it. It souds nice on the surface, but look deeper.

In case you haven't realized it yet, NFL games are designed to be close. And they played already, it wasn't close that time but it likely will be this time.

Flacco has been great but this is their 5th QB this year and he has had some issues with INTs and the team leads the NFL in giveaways. Some team gets pressure on him he could have a total ass game he isn't mobile.

Browns are tied for 10th in points scored Houston is tied for 13th.

Cleveland despite having the top yardage D is actually 13th in points allowed and Houston is 11th.

When Cleveland waxed them before Stroud didnt play.

So why would Cleveland be favored by anything more on the road? It wouldn't make sense.

I'm on Cleveland but it's not hard to make a case for the other side and I definitely don't think the line is off. 2.5 is what I would have it at.
