It must be a hate on BOSTON thing! Bill Russell, 12 Finals in 13 years, WON 11 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS, but Micheal Jordan is the GOAT! In 6 season as the Chiefs starting QB, Mahomes has led his team to 4 Super Bowls, and won 3 of them. The 1st two Super Bowl victories were won with below average defenses, and the last two were won after losing his best receiver to free agency. Mahomes is 1 of 3 QBs to ever throw 50 TDs in a season. (Along with Brady and Manning) Mahomes is a 2 time regular season MVP, and a 3 time Super Bowl MVP. Mahomes record as a starter in regular season is 74-22, (.771) while Brady was 70-24 (.745) after 6 seasons. Mahomes is 15-3 in postseason play, with 3 Super Bowl wins while Brady was 10-1 in postseason and also had 3 Super Bowl wins. At this stage of his career, nobody has outperformed Mahomes. At a minimum, he has matched Brady for the first 6 seasons.

As for Montana, he didn't have near the numbers that Mahomes had in his 1st 6 seasons as the starter.  He is one of the greatest QBs ever, but Mahomes has him beat for the first 6 seasons.

 Brady had the greatest career but Mahomes is the most talented player we’ve ever seen at the position. To even be getting called the GOAT at 28 is remarkable, whether true or not. I don’t think anyone is disputing Tom’s legendary career, they’re just in awe of Pat’s combination of ability, determination, clutch factor, and humility that’s been on display from the moment he stepped onto an NFL field.

Both Brady and Mahomes are hated for winning too much. Ignore the haters and keep betting Mahomes to win more money. 

I thought the stat that he started 10 superbowls was incredible.  Cheating or not they had to have the seasons to get them to the playoffs then through the postseason each time.

agree with this! If I’m starting a team and can have any qb in history I’m taking Mahomes. Nothing against Brady. 

Typical for sports. Jordan Kobe Brady said it before. The media and fans will put you at the top of the mountain during your prime once you are done playing they will tear you down. The GoAts of spprt never claim to be GOAT . They always pay respect and credit the players before them. It’s the cycle of sport and life literally. 

if I’m judging the QB position objectively, Mahomes is clear. But he’s still a whole Joe Montana away from Brady.
