Should I stay away?
My two cents on my team..
We are an extrememly weak 6-1 outfit. I have done pretty well beting against them especially on the road. The D is definitely the strength but they are not dominant. Relying on punching out balls, tipped ball for int's etc...they don't embarras themselves, but they are not dominant!
Peppers is getting old and the miles are adding up, McClellan has a long way to go and Melton is ok in the middle of that line but they don't pressure consistently. Briggs is good, Urlacher losing steam as well but smart enough to still help!
The Offensive line is horrible and I can't see Cutler lasting all year.
Cutler can sling it, but he so damn inconsistent. You don't know what you're going to get from week to week and you sure don't know how long it will take the O line to figure things out and help this team.
Soooo, horrible O-line, inconsistent Offensive play, on the road and a D that gives up lots of yards but gets lots of turnovers makes them hella scary to bet on.
Schedule not too impressive..Ugly wins vs. Detroit and Carolina at home..Ugly loss vs. Green Bay..41 home points scored vs. Colts in week 1, but Luck moved the ball pretty well on them. 3pts. first half v. Jacksonville before the D jump started them. The D wins vs. Dallas because of Dallas stupidity more than Chicago dominance.
Anyway..with a gun to my head, I'll take Chicago and the 3 but will not be surprised at all if they lose outright. If Cutler is "on" and the O-line can get in the way of a few people, the D never embarrases themselves so they could also win by double digits.
Thanks , but no thanks...gotta stay away and just see which offense shows up..good luck!

My point is, the Bears are not as good as the record....
They have NOT beat 1 team with a winning record...they could easily be a .500 team right now...
People see the records of the 2 teams and think the Bears should be favored by alot more....in reality these teams are very close...
Bears wont even make the playoffs this year
