This is one of the biggest factors in the game I don't see anyone talking about. Last week to beat Cincy Mahommes had time to reheat a pizza before he had to throw the ball.... I don't see that same thing against Phil's line.

Eagles have faced the 29th ranked team in pass block win rate (giants) and the 20th (San Fran). They now go up against the number 1 team in the league in pass block win rate. We will see if this eagles D-line is as good against the top O-line in pass protection.

He better keeps that Pizza in the freezer and find time to run away from the Eagles. Better yet, he should just stay hiding in the freeze with the pizza.

Was wondering that myself. If you look @the yards prop for Mahommes that tells all as it's under 20.

Because there’s only so many times people can bet on the media story line and have it be a total non factor until they figure it out. His ankle and the eagles pass rush will not impact this game.

When the Chiefs' D and Spagnuolo shutdown the Eagles' run, how will Hurts the bum armed QB move the team down the field? I hope that the Eagles blitz Mahomes today as it will be one less defender downfield and 'golden arm' will find the open receiver.

Sprained ankles do actually heal. I've sprained/rolled both of mine multiple times, alot of basketball, and usually no more than 1-2 weeks later I was fine. And I wasn't privy to the type of care Mahomes and professional athletes receive today. He'll be just fine.

Today (just today) lol I’m an Eagle$ fan ???????
So.. who played the harder schedule you ask?
KC played nine teams with winning records and went 7-2. Philly played 10 teams with winning records and went 9-1.
OK, so nobody thinks the Giants are any good, even though they made the playoffs. Was the Eagles' schedule demonstrably worse than what KC faced? KC won seven games by 3 points or fewer. KC backers have an answer for that: their defense got better as the year went on. Oh, you mean the defense that gave up 24 points to Denver twice and to Houston once in the season's last five weeks?
Here are a few like matchups:
Houston took KC to OT. Philly beat them by 12.
Tennessee took KC to OT. Philly beat them by 25.
Philly squeaked by Indy by 1 point. The Colts beat KC.
Yeah, KC played the Bills once and the Bengals twice. They lost two of those, and beat Cincy two weeks ago on a last-second FG.
Eagles...what, they got lucky? They played in a division in which no team finished with a losing record, and they went 4-2. KC went 6-0 in their division, which included 6-11 Vegas and 5-12 Denver. They beat the Chargers by 3 twice.
I don't understand the narrative that says Philly didn't play anybody.

Same idiot who said the bills offensive line was elite and no way the bengals would get to Allen.

@zmanlive
The schedule at this point doesn't matter one bit, it's just something else to argue about. You play 19 games in the NFL, schedule wise, you have nothing to prove, and regardless, here's a fact, whoever plays best today will win. Fact.

Two Superbowls ago, the chiefs faced a very tough defense playing at their peak (Bucs). The Chiefs only scored 9 points that game. I think that experience is a huge benefit for them today.
As good as the Phi DL is, coach Reid, Mahomes, etc, are certainly going to score more than 9 points.

@Juniorg1986
Nope, I chose the Bengals versus the Bills including a writeup and wrote that the Cincy backup Olinemen were serviceable.

I saw him walking into a famous doctor Barry Bonds used to visit in Miami.. and he sprinted out of the office once he got out.. mahomes ankle is good as new.

In retrospect neither QB was dramatically impaired by injury. The Hurts' passing attack tore that Chiefs' secondary a new one and his QB runs and overall performance was impressive. The Eagles' team was better than I thought they were on offense. Their number one secondary blew coverages in the red zone...what was it 3x for TDs?
The Dline was a no show sack wise but that was no surprise to me as I knew the Chiefs' Oline was elite.

and add another game to that list. The expected impacts almost never actually have an impact in the nfl. The sooner someone learns that the better they will do with their wagers.
