Last week was a very bad matchup for the Browns banged up O-Line as they went up against one of the Top D-Lines in the league. Oneal Cousins (ex Raven) got absolutely torched giving up multiple sacks and committing 4 penalties (one of which negated a TD pass). Although the Ravens do have a pretty solid line, I don't expect Weeden to be under nearly as much pressure as he was last week which should allow him to hit a few more of his targets. I believe he was 20 for 29 last week when he wasn't hit.
In week 4 last year Cleveland went to Baltimore and played them pretty tough losing that game 23-16. They actually had a chance to tie the game with 4 seconds left. It was the final game of the 4 game suspension for Joe Haden. In that game Anquan Boldin caught 9 passes for 130 yards, 3 of those catches went for 18, 21, and 21 yards in the 1st series of the 2nd half to set up 1 of 2 Baltimore offensive TD's on the day. Torrey Smith also had a big game that day going for almost 100 yards and a TD. The other TD was a pick 6 by Carrey Williams (no longer on the team).
This Sunday Torrey Smith will most likely be a non factor just as Mike Wallace was in week 1. The Browns had no answers for Brian Hartline (1000 yard receiver in 2012) last week, but that shouldn't be an issue this week vs the Ravens because they have no other receiver on the same level as Hartline.
Rice and Pierce will surely be able to account for more than the 20 yards rushing that Miami had in game 1, but I don't see it being a big enough factor to control and win the game.
Weeden has a go to target in this game that he didn't have last year with Jordan Cameron. I know this won't be popular, but I think Weeden will outperform Flacco in this game.
Yes, the Ravens should be up for this game as its the 1st home game after winning the Super Bowl, but I think they lost too much for it to matter. I actually see Cleveland being more up for this game than Balt. Last time the Browns Beat the Ravens in Baltimore, Chudzinski was the Browns OC in 2007. Although you'll never hear him say it, this is a HUGE game for Chud as he is an Ohio native and grew up a Browns fan.
I hate using the term IF, but IF the O-Line (cousins) plays a tad bit better than they did vs Miami and/or Shawn Lauvao returns (starting OG) , I see this being an easy cover/win for the Browns.

Steelers are not winning in Cincy. They just lost the most valuable piece in football . The center. You are dreaming if you think the Steelers will even keep this game remotely close. They are in trouble!!!!!

I would not expect the Browns to even cover this one, let alone win outright. Baltimore has had extra time, they are off an embarrassing loss and are playing a their first home game of the year. Oh yeah and Cleveland has lost 10 straight to the Ravens. I would Say Baltimore wins going away

Yes Balt has won 10 staight vs Cle. Yes Balt went up against one of the best QBs of all time last week and face a garbage QB this week. Yes the Browns offense looked like garbage last week.
What people are missing is the fact that the Ravens lost big pieces of their Defense and more important not replacing the loss of Boldin.
Does anyone actually think the Ravens defense is on the same level as the Browns?
90% of the teaser posts on this site have Baltimore included and not a single person has Cleveland teased up to 13.5. Will this game really be that easy?

Will be one of the easier ones for sure.

The Steelers and the Browns are pretty bad Ciny is just better now and the Browns aren't good but the Ravens can't be trusted either. However I'd lay the points Witt the Birds before I bet on the do do browns.

What about the players they have replaced.
Dumervile
Canty
Smith (solid middle linebacker from jax)
Dallas Clark
They still have Webb, ngata, Suggs. That defense is still a forced to be reckoned with.
Weldon threw 3 picks in the first half at home. They got slaughtered by Miami at home, it wasn't even a game.
Ravens on extra rest and have an edge in several areas, including a much better coach, qb.
That stadium is going to be crazy. Ravens are salivating to get back on the field. 1 touchdown will be more than enough.
Also, Cameron was the defensive coordinar last time they played.
I'm expecting a big game from ray rice.
GL to all

The O-line doesn't have to go up against a player with the speed or on the same caliber as Cameron Wake, therefore I'm thinking they play a little better than last week which should give weeden a little more time. Also, it looks like they plan on using Richardson more this game which could be a good sign. Richardson caused 8 missed tackles which was 1 less than what Leshawn McCoy caused on Monday night despite having 18 fewer touches.
