Why Payton calling timeouts instead going OT

These coaches coach as bad as I pick games.  New England content run clock go OT but Paayton calling timeouts.  What's the point you call timeouts at best you get ball your own 20 with under 50 seconds.

The old school coaches Parcells Walsh etc would never call a timeout before half or end game unless had favorable down and distance.

Broncos were set on losing this game from the coin flip.  I just don't understand what they were doing. At one point they were down three possessions and they start their drive with two run plays. Like seriously WTF?

They should have gone OT if they wanted to win, which they didn't. I don't believe in scripts but that was some atrocious coaching and QB play for 3 quarters.

 You’re exactly right. Should’ve never called those timeouts, especially after just watching his offense go 3 & out the drive before. Not sure what he thought would’ve happened. Way too greedy. 

New England said “thank you” for calling 2 time out for them to moved few yards!  then strike to  mid field !  Was denver coach dumb?  Hell yeah he was dumb!   He thought Wilson was the only one who can pass in the NFL.  That was 45 seconds left!
