Guess it's obvious that you aren't a meteorologist.  Cloudy w/ a 30% chance of rain, and you act like it's a freakin' downpour!

If that was the case....then the O/U would be OFF for every game in which it rains!

I am a weather forecaster..please tell me this guy isn't.  Where did you get your forecast?  If it's for 30% chance of rain and thunderstorrms..that is about 90% of the year in JAX...
