Let’s keep this strictly to the game and if the Rams will be motivated more, be out of sync having to move everything and leave out the politics so this thread doesn’t get moved.
I took the Rams +2.5 before all this started. Do we see a Katrina effect with the Rams? Bounce back from Minnesotas bad game last week? Minnesota will play better than they did last week. We can be assured of that. What will the Rams mindset be? Distracted or focused?

It's definitely a negative to have to travel to a neutral field especially playing the 2nd best team in the best conference you want that home field. But it doesn't mean they will lose, and they possibly will be more well rested after having the luxury to sit starters.
I think motivation angles over tragedies and stuff like that is totally overblown. Especially in the playoffs where everyone is gonna motivated no matter what, or should be.

Agree You shouldn't be motivated to win football games you should always be but when it's the playoffs (win or go home) you better be now more than ever.....motivated

If any of the Rams players have families/homes that are in harms way (or, for that matter, have already been negatively impacted) they may be extremely pre-occupied (mentally and emotionally).
As important as this football game may be to them, real life things are far more important.
