LA@NE I want to go +13.5 LA(what spread in my book)
My question is, do you guys think they can survive this point spread? I know they lost to Saints 21-49, however the Saints offense is much better than Pats.
Saints offense: 434yds per game(highest in the NFL), 32 points per game(2nd highest in the NFL).
Pats offense: 386yds per game, 26 points per game
And also the Pats struggled with a Ryan Fitzpatrick led Jets team. They scored in the final minute of the game to take the lead but they were trailing the whole game.
I really want to take that +13.5 but IDK. What do you guys think

So let's start from the beginning. The saints offense isn't much better than the pats. Brady has played 7 games your stats are based on 11 with a backup and third string QB for the first four games. You obviously don't know much about the AFC East, when the Jets and Pats play it's always a battle, they make it tough on the Patriots I wouldn't look at it the way you do. The Pats as a team are a lot better than the Saints, with the Saints-Rams matchup you need to look between the lines and there was bad blood between the teams. With Bounty Gate and Williams as the D-Cooridinator the Saints came in motivated and so did Sean Payton. The Patriots defense is average but they are going to stop the run and make Goff beat them which isn't as tough as it used to be in New England. Belichick has a history of making things tough on rookie quarterbacks. This game will come down to the spread with the Pats leading by 20 and the Rams driving on the last drive of the game. There are plenty of better games on the card this week

Either play NE or stay away is my rule of thumb after years and years of betting the dog on big spread games.
They historically have a hard time covering double-digit spreads (every team does) as Bill tends to play down to his competition. If they have a safe lead they will close the playbook a bit and coast to victory. It's obviously tempting to take the points but they are liable to score 45 as much as they are liable to lay a proverbial egg and put up 17.
That being said, I still stand by my rule, either bet the Pats or lay off the game.

Huge NE homer here

NE usually cover after NOT covering their previous game. But -13.5 is a lot of points, but they are at home.If Gronk is out that won't help matters.I think things will be tight for the first half but NE will make enough plays to win by 14 to 17 points.I hope anyway because I'm going to probably bet & tease them myself, mainly because they didn't cover last week and are at home..Good Luck

I can't see the Rams covering +13.5 here. To put it simply, Brady and Belichick cannot be happy about their outing last week. I understand they were on the road against the Jets, but as whole they expect greatness. They're going up against a QB that will be in his 3rd career start and against a running back that hasn't been able to get going all year. I think they unleash on them in this one. I'm not sure of Gronk's availability as of now, but I'm taking the patriots here.

Pats win big, Belichick has a deep hatred for Jeff Fisher because of his outspoken voice on the NFL competition committee. Jeff Fisher in a press conference this week couldn't even name a current Patriots running back. He referenced Danny Woodhead as the running back. That will not sit well with Bill or the current running back core that is having a good season.
Blount, White and Dion Lewis have a field day against the Rams.
The last two games against Fisher’s teams, the Patriots won 59-0 and 45-7.
He runs up the score every chance he gets against this clown. Lock of the century!
