Your P.D.M. ( points dont matter) Mid Season Tally

Here is your P.D.M. mid season tally. For those of you that don&#x27;t know what this is, plain and simple : Never mind the point spreads, if you can pick outright winners of NFL games and you were to wager on the teams that you expect to win the game you will be at the ticket window collecting each and every week. The point spreads rarely figures into you winning or losing your bet. This is not a fluke, has been consistent for years and years  ( 70-80%). Thanks Ice man.  Really appreciate this post as usual.  definitely helped me this season.One quick question do you measure this by the final spread right before the game?  Just curious as there are line movements and also different books have slightly different lines as well.

During the week when the Saints played the Lions, I could have sold a point ( as compared to buying a point ) , and my record would have been the same. Most of the time, I could have sold a point, and it would not affect my outcome. In those close games, things usually break against me, so the POINTS DONT MATTER.

I noticed pdm a long time ago, when someone said the line is spot on. Then I noticed the line and margin and victory were way different. Once I also read book about line movements. Yes I have read books in my life, and comic books do count.

The guy did back up his theory, but it involved a lot of money and games to make it work.

it&#x27;s no secret that year after year the spread only factors into around 20% of outcomes. but a fav not winning SU will be very expensive, much more than ATS. that&#x27;s the risk you&#x27;re taking.

This is just another angle to consider.  Maybe take your 5 best teams to win outright today, just see how you would of done had you bet them ? .... again, it is not easy but some people have a knack for picking outright winners consistently and with a 80 percent  chance of the winner to cover the betting line, that is a very good percentage to have on your side.
