Both maybe Swiss Cheese plays were voided with different goaltenders.

Got a couple of road faves tonight. Thought the Caps would be a bigger fave. I say you got to lean on them against a reeling Flyers team.

I like Jets tonight.

That caps line is surely odd due probably to the fact that Flyers are solid at home... but it makes me want to bet both teams so I'll pass.

Not a good feeling too about Stars/Kings game, that kind of feeling that tells you that LA might win but you will surely never put money on them. Meh...

Caps line is a little puzzling but at that price it would seem you would have to take your chance. Caps are 6-3 vs Flyers last 3 years. So, I have a question that I don't know the answer. Flyers played in Arizona on Saturday then in Raleigh on Tuesday. Did they go back home for a day or straight to Raleigh? Just curious because if they didn't go home, today would be the first day home since before Christmas. That is a long time on the road. 

I like the Leafs to respond tonight but I won't pay that price unless I reduce it. 

I think the Stars are going to be like the Bolts in the second half of the year. I look for them to make a run at the Blues just like I look for the Bolts to make a run at the B's. 

Other thoughts...I continue to be surprised with the Pens. To me the biggest surprise team of the year as I did not think they would be where they are at. 

Kid from Rangers looked good after he settled down last night. Will be an something to keep your eye on moving forward with 3 goalies. 
How bad are the teams on the West Coast this year, minus Vancouver?

The West isn't very good this year in general .. outside of St. Louis and Colorado everyone else is pretty mediocre 

 

The Flyers are in a terrible scheduling stretch right now .. out West then a road / home b2b is pretty brutal .. not sure how much they'll have in the tank tonight. I don't worry much about the Caps on the b2b considering last night was closer to a game of shinny than nhl hockey v the Sens ..

So let me get this straight...so far this week, the Leafs have been -235 and -200 fav and lost both?  Can we talk about how big fav's mean nothing in pucks.

Khudobin is playing great so far through 2 periods. He has made some great saves for the Stars tonight an_boggienight

Stars gotta keep focus and close this one out in the 3rd. Another goal or two should do it.
