Everyone enjoy that boring slate of games last night? As some mentioned, that Panthers line was a big fat, juicy nightcrawler, not a red wiggler. See, the Caps decided to play. And I did say that prayer for you Leaf backers but it didn't work. I might need to talk to the Big Man more often.
Onto tonight. Those Pesky Sens having a little Covid issue it appears. Had to cancel practice Monday. Check the Quarantine list. Looks like 3 AHLers called up for tonight. Tonight's Florida line still fishy but I will probably bite on this one. Don't see this team losing too many b2b games. Bob is probably in net. Like last night, I will say a prayer for you Hab backers, but Kings played last night and probably wanted that game vs Leafs more than Habs game. Game of the Night: Canes at Tampa. I will always point out that Vas can steal any game at any time. However, this is not the same Bolts team that we are used to. They are middle of the pack in goals scored, shots taken and goals allowed. They now faced a team, a pizzed off team from Saturday, that ranks in the top 10 in just about all offensive categories and ranked 1st in GA. On top of that, Sergachev still has one game left on suspension. Does Chicago continue to turn it around or was that a one game thing? The Oil travel east. Detroit ranks near the bottom of all defensive stats vs the "probable" best offense. (just a quick tidbit, the Oil have scored 5 or more goals in 7 of their last 10 games). Was leaning the Thrashers/Jets as a home dog, but check the playing status of key players before you do. I am not sold on the Blues. I agree with DB. Vegas line is smelly. Sea Monsters lose to Yotes but are only +105? Sharks injury/quarantine list is like 4 pages long.
