So I loved it looking at each team individually last night BUT once I started looking at the teams H2H recent history I see under hit 2-1 this season. the defenses are good enough to keep it 3-2. VGK Goals against average 2.96 and Dallas with a goals against average 2.83. You’re basically hoping it’s 3-2 with a few minutes left to get a shot at the empty net for 4-2 to cover. Playoffs have been pretty tight so far. Only three games going over the pre game totals set at 5.5. Two of them coming by the empty net. Defenses have been playing tight in the playoffs. Both teams playing pretty tight coming into the playoffs, Dallas especially tight 2-8 on overs in their last 10. I liked the over on this one at 5.5 and if the total had moved to 6 I would’ve really liked it, but I actually backed off this play and cashed it early to think it over. I was more worried about losing the 5.5, doesn’t look like that’s going to happen, and the under for these two in the last 10 is 4-6 and the O/U split in the last playoff series matchup between these two teams 3-3. The offense is there to get it done but I’m going to step back and think about this one before game time. Good luck on your plays tonight!

I haven’t played any totals…yet I’ve been trying to see if I can steal better odds live better after the games start for the totals to try and get the bet in before the first goal hits while potentially getting 4.5 on the total or + money lines on totals that might have started higher. The totals im looking at tonight are:
TOR/BOS O5.5 pre puck drop line -125
NYI/CAR U5.5 pre puck drop line -125
LAK/EDM O6 pre puck drop line +100
id really like to see if I can get that EDM total at 5.5 to avoid a push if I play anything on that game total.

Well. Fuck. Bruins killed me tonight. The Bruins were, by far, my most confident pick off the slate tonight so that’s pretty worrisome for my remaining pick.
Maybe the oilers can steal me a win tonight good luck the rest of the night everyone if the oilers lose tonight, Canadian teams can go to hell the rest of the playoffs
