Hold geez Hog, that's not good at all, having a bank suspend a card over those darn processors. I used to use Instadebit and then they had an issue with them and eliminated that method. Then they started getting flack over the Western Union deposit methods and now these ridiculous on and off issues with credit card deposits. As I told the agent tonight, get the darn processors fixed once and for all for crying out loud and it's high time 5Dimes added three or four additional deposit methods to its' extremely short list.

Yeah well I've heard and read some bad stories about hooking up with Bitcoin but that's another story.
I know what you mean about payouts Hog as I'm working my way through one this very day. Called early today to request a payout by cheque (courier) and then am told I have to update my credit card information because of a different credit card. Okay no problem but he adds it's required every 3 months. I tell him I've been with 5D more than a decade and have only once updated this information, when I registered. He argues that it's always been every 3 months. Rather than argue, I say okay and submit my info. Message comes back that drivers licence is too blurry, I have to send it again.
After that delay, I call and request a payout by cheque and am told there is a delay with cheques now. I ask how long, am told 17 days. I then ask about MG and am told some issues with processors. I then say Western U and am told that method is no longer available. I conclude that instead of adding additional payout methods,5D is removing them for fuucks sake.
I now have two choices for payouts: MG with a max of $600 or cheque with a 17-day delay. I've about had it with the bullshet! too bad because at one time, only a year and a half in fact, I had no issues with payouts at all and would have recommended 5Dimes to anyone.
Today I would definitely not recommend 5Dimes!
