last night only Nashville spit the bit and all the big favorites won going away. Anyone see any upsets for tonight's games?

I would NOT trust my Florida Cats vs the Maple Leafs. the Maple Leaf Marlies kids put 34 SOG's on Bishop last night @ Tampa BUT couldn't get one past him losing 0-3 with Sparks in goal. IF they gets that many on Luongo (confirmed) they will have a decent chance. Bernier been decent in goal lately allowing  2 GA's or less his last 5 games

waiting on confirmation on the Sabres goalie @ Pittsburgh B2B BUT backup Matt Murray goes for the Penguins. he is decent and the Penguins with just one loss their last 9 BUT that loss vs Devils @ Consol Center and they also lost to the bottom feeding Flames @ home early March

BOTH favorites moneylines @ -250 are a invitation to rape. might NOT bet the dog BUT would sure NOT lay that late regular season

Sharks just CLINCH a playoff spot with the win vs Kings last night @ San Hoser and that plus the B2B could put them in a "let down" spot. NO goalie confirmed yet BUT I would expect Reimer on the B2B and he lost his last vs the Oilers and is just 3-2 since being traded from the Maple Leafs. Canucks, however, have LOST their last 8 games and can NOT score for beans with just 2 GF's or less in each loss AND got shutout 4 times

I agree I think most of these faves are going to pull it out tonight in regards to playoff positioning but I like the Canucks to win at home tonight, Sj coming off a solid win at home playing a desperate team trying to end their large losing streak Van + 1.5 or ML  great value on them to win in regulation

I'm jumping back in on the Preds. Coming off that HUGE loss at home I think they'll be super-focused tonight.  They're a good road team and they know they have to be really good to beat Dallas.

@ +116 Nashville has value.

The Preds score only like 2 goals per game in the 2nd match of a back to back situation this season.

Most excellent point maiki. The Preds in fact have averaged ONLY 1.89 goals per game in that situation while giving up exactly one more goal per game @ 2.89. Their record in the back end of B2B is 3-6. Interesting fact here- in their 9 B2B games, all but one have been on the road. Another interesting fact- they have given up exactly 4 goals in 5 of those 9 games.

After seeing those stats, I see lots of value in the high scoring Stars on the -1 Line @ +150

Let me preface this post by saying I’m a fan boy homer for the Buffalo Sabres. Last night I bet my team and the over (5) So I pushed. I’m doing it again tonight and feel better about the win than I do about the over (5)

The Pens have been a very up and down team all season long. I understand they are on a tear right now, and quite frankly the Pens own us. So this wager is part fan boy and part expecting the Pens to lay an egg. Also I expect the Sabres to be decent after not showing up to play last night vs the Red Wings until the last few minutes of the game. I guarantee coach Dan Bylsma has to be furious with them after last night.

Bad news Evander Kane is out. Good news. Ryan O'Reilly is playing wing with Sam Rienhart and Jack Eichel. That should be fun to watch!

Johnson is confirmed in net for Buffalo per Sabres beat reporter Paul Hamilton.

Puttin a buck on the over -125 and the Sabres +240 (sportsbook.ag)

Buff may force OT but the -1.5 on Pens doesn't appeal

At first I thought the same. But looking back at The Pens losses to bottom feeder teams over the last few months, they tend to get shutout, or only score a single goal in losses.
