With two of the Islanders best defencemen out,(Sutton and Witt) no 8 and his crew are licking their chops. Expect Washington to have a really good game. After this game Washington is going to play Carolina and Jersey back to back. These two points at home are very important. Hopefully Kolzig gets the start his expeirience is crucial.
Islanders are a very predictable team and since San jose only saw them once they didnt know what to expect and their goaltending was garbage that game. I watched the game and when you have Rivet manning your powerplay, your in trouble. To me Colorado, islanders and san jose r the worst teams in the leauge. Washington knows what to expect and have the formula and players to win really big. Cant wait to see the Islanders try to kill off the capital powerplay.
Expect two pp goals from Washington tonight.
